Here at CD Pool we pride ourselves on the quality of tunes on our CD’s but also the people that work here. Over the years many people have started a fantastic music business career at CD Pool.

Kevin Griffiths was one of our very first employees working at CD Pool in the 1990's. Kevin created our Underground CD and has since had a varied career as DJ, Remixer, Producer, label boss and promoter. His uber-cool Tsuba Records brings quality Deep House and Techno to a discerning fan base and his ISSST Club nights, co-promoted by fellow ex CD Pool staffer Bobby M continue to delight London clubbers.

Tracey Webb’s very first job interview in London after moving from Lincolnshire was at CD Pool and she started the very next day. After a career at CD Pool lasting several years she moved onto Power Promotions where she is currently Director of Pop/Mainstream Club Promotions and will of course be well known to DJ's across the UK.

Iyare Igiehon compiled our Street CD before joining the Darker Then Blue Internet start up and subsequently joined the BBC 1Xtra team, presenting the breakfast show. Iyare’s production company still produces content for 1Xtra and he currently presents the Saturday breakfast show on BBC Radio 6 and  frequently appears on 5Live's 'Fighting Talk' Quiz show.

Christian Larsson joined CD Pool on an EU sponsored Internship and quickly made himself an important part of the team, staying at CD Pool for three years, eventually compiling the Club and Underground CD’s. He joined the legendary UK house label Slip n Slide and liked it so much that he bought the company in 2008.

Originally from Bristol, Mark Bowden moved to London shortly before joining CD Pool. Mark was at CD Pool for many years and compiled a variety of CD’s for CD Pool including Pop and Dance. Mark moved onto dance music promo company Music House where he heads up the Hyperactive division and is responsible for promoting some of the UK biggest dance tracks.
